Help with possible hacker

I have a friend request from someone I believe to be a hacker. I click on deny request but it will not save the change. This person came on mid 2011 and never posted. I received the request on November. I cannot find the name on the members list. Please, can someone tell me who to contact or how to get this notification off my profile? Thank you.

Try writing a request to "Kathy" or "Admin".

The friend request is from hak6565. There is no listing in the member directory. I have tried opening the notification and clicking on deny request but when I hit save changes it flashes and then goes back to having accept friend request highlighted. If you can get the request out of my notifications I would be grateful.
