attachment help please

This senior is having a lot of trouble. I was able to download an attachment into my control panel and do not know how to move it to the genealogy forum to see if anyone can translate grandfathers headstone. I have played with this for an hour!!! I just want to know if anyone can translate the cyrillic.

You need to download this attachment to your computer, then you`ll be able to attach it to your post pressing "attachments" button while posting, and in new window opened choosing "upload from your computer" button. Attachments size seems to be limited to 100kb, i`ll test it in this post
