Change The Encoding

Hello Mods and Admin,

I'm not sure if this was considered, so i'll bring it up.

I know that whenever someone types someting in Ukrainian, you have to change the encodign to Cyrillic.

I have some experience with HTML and web design and it just came to me. Can you guys change the default encoding to Cyrillic instead. We would still be able to view the English, but now Ukrainian too. And anyone who has Auto Encoding in their browser would have that much less work to do.

What do you say?

Hey admin

Thanks a lot for changing that. I think it will make things easier and you were prompt at doing that.

Just for reference, i noticed that a character, i think ' (apostrophe) comes about as a Ukrainian letter sometimes. Not fully sure.
