I wish to congratulate all Montenegrian independists on the brilliant event. Finally, Crna Gora has gained independence again, as it was after 1878. I hope it will be a strong and powerful country - Montenegrians deserve it. I've no doubt we're going to see this country in EU soon. Congratulations!

So, today Ukraine has recognized an independent and sovereign state of Montenegro. I congratulate all Montenegrians on the event that testifies Ukrainian-Montenegrian friendship.

All we need now is the break up of Spain and Italy and that will herald the emergence of city states of Europe.
