Has there or is there been a power grid (electricty outage)
in Odessa say in the last 5 days or so, or in any part of
that city.

I don`t really know about Odessa but I know that Mariupol was without electricity for at least 2 days...

I have a friend in Odessa who said they where without power for 4 days.
