No Ukrainians hostages hurt in Moscow

MOSCOW, October 26 (Interfax-Ukraine)- None of Ukrainian citizens from among hostages in Moscow has been killed or injured, the Ukrainian embassy in Russia told Interfax-Ukraine.

According to Ukrainian diplomats, first there were the reports that among the hostages there were 37 Ukrainians. Yet, the number may grow when the situation becomes clear. Now the diplomats are visiting Moscow hospitals trying to learn about Ukrainian citizens.

Every time I check the news, it seems like more and more hostages are dying in hospitals, the death toll is about 90 at the moment... horrible

MOSCOW- Russia counted it's rising toll of dead Saturday and steeled itself for new terrorist blows in it's eleven-year war with Chechnya, after special forces brought a sudden bloody end to the three-day hostage standoff at a Moscow theater.

My Russian's not great, but I think ntv.ru says that a 13 year old chid actor is missing from the survivors. Hopefully he was hiding somewhere & got away.
