As I posted the topic I think I can safely say, Shevie is correct. I posted it to raise awareness of this terrible situation.

A right wing diatribe about 'dole' scroungers should be on a topic of it's own.

For me and I can only speak for me, these prostitution racket are a very serious matter. I can't understand anyone taking the issue lightly. I was attempting to raise awareness that this situation exist and hoping people with an interest in Ukraine and Ukrainians would do the same.

I'm not taking issue with your views, I just think they are inappropriate for this topic.
The link to the article I put on may be worth reading to gain an insight in to what happens and is happening to these women.

I think you are doing a very good job of highlighting the issues in your topic. I have nothing more to add - though I tried!

I got a very good result with a study I underwent at Uni' where I interviewed a number of prostitutes and talked about legal issues etc.

I have read just about every report circulating and I took interest in the plight of Russians Ukrainians etc.

Like I said, you are doing a very good job.

I realise that this is not on the topic, but topics rarely run to form. Why not be light hearted. The topic was reverted to me a few postings ago and it has stayed there. The funny thing is this diversion has been some sort of rebuke to me for not being on the topic.

I only felt it was very rude. It is still that way now.

Imagine putting all this effort into stopping me from making a point that you don't like. I was going somewhere with it. I got sidetracked. One kid is probably mine.

If you're living in a country where the 'Russian / Ukrainian' Mafia is running this prostitution rackets why not write to your political representative to see if they are aware of it?

Why don't you wear a "clapboard" with the warning on it with all the time you spend there? Maybe that would help? Or we could find a lawyer and try to shut down all those dating sites that all these women are being foreced to answer to? Just trying to help!
