Secretary of defense of Ukraine, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania have discussed
on 26 may in Ujgorod details of creation joint engineering-sapper battalion "Tisa", which will concern with the prevention and liquidation of consequences of exceeding situations natural and technological nature.

I get the sense that this joint effort is going to try to deal with the ecological problems left over from Soviet-era industry, and perhaps the mess on the Danube created by the bombing of Belgrad, plus the recent acid spill into a Danube tributary.
