No one is attacking the Ukraine. If the Ukraine joined NATO, it would make Russia uneasy, having NATO at her border.

There has to be a buffer of non aligned countries around Russia to ensure peace.

Yes, it was created as a apposition to U.S.S.R. but now it serves to a world like a U.N. - and who cares about what they care or not about Ukraine as long as they are helping, I just heard that they are upgrading ukrainian army.

How can you say who cares whether they care about Ukraine or Not???!!!
YOU - Ukrainian Patriot, as you call yourself...If you want someone to hear about Ukraine and take it as a country you should really care what other countries are doing when it concerns Ukraine.
Having NATO in Ukraine is not safe for Ukraine itself, it will just become the slave of USA or NATO...
And yes, NATO wants to pull us in there just to prove to Russia that they can succeed in destroying it.
