Well, first of all my greetings to all of you. As you might know, this November our boarder guards have detained Turkish illegal migrant with false residence permit at Odessa international airport, while this guy tried to leave Ukraine using his bad documents. So here, being personally related to the Ukrainian migration service, I want to say that this case wasn't an isolated one for the recent three months. In fact, currently during our regular raids we rather often have to meet Arab looking like illegal migrants with openly faked Ukraine's residence permit. Interestingly, with a wide-eyed astonishment all they assert us that their documents are authentic and that the permissions were given them by Jemilev's people. Well, to clarify the situation in the end of November we've sent to Jemilev our official request on the issue, but still haven't received any explanations from him. And actually now there is no need in it - one latter from the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has already dotted all i's and crossed all t's here without Jemilev's personal participation. According to the information we've received from our homeland security office, Jemilev's supporters indeed are drawing false resident permissions in large scale and illegally grant Ukrainian citizenship to the expatriated Muslims. Thus, they say, Jemilev wants to reinforce his ranks with members of different extremist Islamic organizations. Anyway, here and now I want you to be on the outlook. Hope you understand that now you should notify police and our migration service without any delay about all Arab looking like illegal migrants in your neighborhood.

Jemilev was/is a political dissident. Stalin declared his family and his race to be Nazi and sent him, a baby, w/his family to a gulag, making room for the likes of Vasya Pupkin's family in the Crimea.
