I totally agree.. we have done the same opening an account here with free withrawals from cashpoints and our family in Ukraine use the card for cash...

I have been using MEEST Corporation Inc. Information WebSite for both parcels and money for many yrs. They deliver parcels and/or money (cash) right into recipient's hands and get a sign off from them upon delivery. Given the economics in Ukraine, cash seems to be the best gift nowadays.
