What do you think of this situation where Russia is guarding old soviet ammunition in Transdniester?

I say they are there to protect Russian-speaking population from pending ethnic cleansing by pro-romanian nationalist terrorists.Same reason Russian military protects Ossetians and Abkhazians from a certain CIA lab monkey.

For someone of Ukranian ancestry, who was born in the soviet gulags ; you sure love you're former Russian kidnappers (forced re-settlement) and jail keepers; which is much to polite a term for the monstrous acts the soviet system did to millions,,,,,,,including you and your family. At least you were lucky enough to survive,,,,millions were not.

Tell me,,,,,,,did you emigrate before or after the 'wall came down'?

I do not know if you are now resident in USA and if you are now holding a USA passport, for if you are, I also find your sentiment confusing. I would hate to think that you were like certain people in my country who are happy to enjoy its freedoms and economic benefits, yet hold an allegiance elsewhere, some of whom having contempt for the indigenous population and wish them ill.
