H1N1 flu outbreak in western Ukraine

There's a lot of internet activity saying their might have been an outbreak of Pneumonic Plague in Western Ukraine. Also, there's a suggestion that it was a biological attack. Other say its a mutation of the flu. I find this hard to believe since swine flu is a virus and plague is a bacteria.

There's also much talk of a microbiologist called Joseph Moshe who, according to official news sources, was discribed as a mossad agent who threatened the White House. However, other reports say he is a reputable microbiologist warning about Baxter BioPharma Solutions developing a dirty swine flu vaccine as bio weapon.

I guess this is all fear mongering for some political reason, but what do the Ukrainian people say?

Spreading a deadly virus is good only in theory. For one, viruses occur so naturally that it's easy to dismiss it as just natural. You can't dismiss a guy with a bomb strapped to his chest as easily so that's one reason the terrorists chose it. Plus you get more bang for your buck, no pun intended. With a virus a well established health care system can keep it in check. Viruses are also often slow compared to the immediate response of an explosion. Also, this swine flu is affecting everyone, not just the terrorist's main enemies. They have no reason to go countries like Ukraine and Mexico where the flu has hit hard.

That's whats going around on the internet..A mutation of the swine flu going staight to the lungs? , causing lots of bleeding and or lungs heating up and turing to charcoal..youtube has what appears to be actuall news footage( RT tv) from ukraine speaking of this.
Conflicting reports, even when you look at what the WHO is reporting. I came onto this website because I wanted to find people in the ukraine and what they have to say.
Some websites say this mutation has spread to the united states.
