A. VENEDIKTOV - In this connection in China many agreements now are signed by the prime minister, literally yesterday. Does the union of Russia and China impose threat for interests of the USA? How do you look at this rapprochement, madam the state secretary?

H.CLINTON - Listen, I believe that there is world where our interdependence and our connections are admitted. We do not live in the bipolar world or even the multi polar world. We live in the world, which is interdependent. Different partners are necessary for us. It is the world where there are a lot of partners. It is much better to have conditions when such countries as China and Russia cooperate to increase well-being and economic prosperity of their people. And it is good not only for China and Russia, but also for entire world. America is not threatened by relations between other countries. We only want to be confident that there is a feeling of equality in the new world which we create. Because we face a lot of challenges and calls. Therefore it is necessary, that such countries as Russia, China and the USA moved against forces of separation and destruction. We should stand against those who try to undermine efforts which we undertake.
