Poles

I'm not sure if this is the proper forum to post this so perhaps the moderator will need to redirect it.

My wife lived in Ukraine for the past 24 years, in Khotyn. She says that many Ukrainians don't like Polish people. Would you say this is correct? If so, why?

Ukrainians does not like Polish people, why ?

I have heard of it before but I don't know how factual it is to say Ukrainians as a nation don't like Poles. I myself think it is an individual thing and is the same as some Ukrainians don't like other Ukrainians.

Everyone I know has no problem with Polish people. Personally I don't like russians. If anyone did not like them, I would guess the East. Still, I don't think it's really true.

Another guess would be because of the fact that Poland took some land away a long time ago, but so did russia. So yea, I doubt it.

Likewise I do not like Polish nor Russians also dislike nationalist Ukrainians they are remnants of nazis left in Ukraine (if they are any).
