What's In Store For Ukraine's Future?

Here is an issue that I started thinking about a lot. In fact, I think I started thinking about it maybe a year after President Yushchenko got elected.

What will happened after Yushchenko?

Again, I did not just start thinking about this recently after the breakup of the coalition. I started thinking about the chances that someone like Yushchenko will stay in office years later.

Well, now it's years later. Time is running out. Yushchenko has been a great president, but not eveyone seems that. Tymoshenko & Yanukovich have tricked and decieved many people and now people are lost. They don't know what to think. Especially those people who stood with Tymoshenko.

I think that Yushchenko will come out with something big by the end of his term to convince a large number of people, but I think because of his two rivals, it will not be enough.

I will always stand strong with Yuschenko but I doubt most of the country will. So, what do you think is in store next for Ukraine? Everyone turned against Ukraine's only hope.

hopefully some of the same caliber will run or he choses some from his cabinet to lead the party, i dont know i just know if either of those two opponents win Ukraine is not going to look good in the eyes of the west.

just forget relationships with EU and NATO

may be too nationalistic rethoric is not good after all we have to acknoledge Russian penetration of one kid of another,
Holding the ground does not mean defeat or going undeground in any way.
Take for instance Spanish or Portuguese speaking countries. Do they all think the same? NO! so Lets Ukraine be different and stand in its own way as a country.

ukieoz,

I don't think we are in an ideal position to stand our own ground. Having russia as a neighbor in this century is not an easy task.
