It was an older woman in a assisted living, who had been a daughter of a immigrant from old Austro-hungarian empire.

This is saying that majority of Ukraine speaks Ukainian right?

From the impression I have been getting from others, when you step in past Kyiv, you wont hear a word of Ukrainian.

It say russian language dominates absolutely 86, 82, 45, 24, and 3 percent
