Max that is the dumbest, most ignorant reply you have ever made. Bury your head in the sand. Just because I live in Canada doesn't mean that what goes on in Ukraine, won't affect the rest of the world. You are a fool. The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four men is suffering from some form of mental illness. Think of your three best friends. If they're okay, then it's you. FYI, I am a member on several forums - not just russia and ukie.com. I like to expand my mind. Why don't you clean the dust out of your brain and learn about other cultures, you bigot.

But this comment in your recognizable Beavis and Butthead style shows you are, you are and you are again. You are cad, Lilly, and you are ukraine-hater. You are not able to participate in discussion here with no personal insults. Chernobyl is our national tragedy, it took lives of many people. Now due to heroic efforts of our people it is relatively safe and ChNES works and gives energy again. No one dies now. People wrote computer game to heal themselves from that darkness and to laugh a bit, but you prefer to browbeat us by your black-beetles. It's so effete. |

You are the one who started the insults and wry comments. I was happily posting when you stuck your bigoted nose in my affairs. What does Stockholm Syndrome have to do with me? Sometimes you don't make sense.
![]() The fallout from Chernobyl continues to affect the lives of residents. The lifespan for men is 57 years. It is still dangerous. The explosion spewed tonnes of toxic residue across parts of Belarus, Ukraine and Russia. Belarus was the most affected: particles covered 40% of the country. My daughter-in-law’s mother got breast cancer, as did many women in her town in Belarus. Cancer usually shows up about 20 years later and it has been 21 years since the nuclear disaster. I am involved in fundraising with a non-profit organization that works with Hope for the Future, that is based in Belarus to bring children to Canada for six weeks each summer. I participate in organizing meetings for families interested in hosting a child. The kids get a break from a region contaminated by radioactive fallout – a by-product of the nuclear disaster. Visiting children receive dental and medical checkups, and vitamins to boost immune systems weakened by radiation. They are also treated to some fun outings, including a visit to Canada’s Wonderland north of Toronto.

Just remember I didn't start it. Max has been dogging me. Did you miss his remarks? How typically male.
