Web based Ukrainian email service?

Hi all
There used to be two email services based in Ukraine but now none of them provide registration outside the coutry. Does anyone else know of such services in Ukraine?

I was not registering there, but if you press UK flag on top of the page, in a middle of it, you`ll see "registration" in top right corner, that is in English.
And registration which will follow is in English as well, do not know what happens next (cause i never completed registration, i do not need e-mail there), but i think it should be in English too.
