Is it the proper time to invest in Ukraine?

To all of you celabrating christmass those days.
First of all i have to say that i am very happy for all the news coming from ukraine lately.
Especially i was suprised that there was no violent/blood -shed, with all that happened.
I do hope that in the next few years will see the start of negotiations for ukraine joining the EU.
I think this is the time to invest in Ukraine (especially in real-estate) What do you think?
Do you have a reliable source about prices ?(I'm especially interested in resorts around the black sea)

That man contacted me on my e-mail with the view to cheat on me! He said he wanted to invest about $ 7 mln in Ukraine. He also said he was from Nigeria. When I noted that we cannot trust his saying because of the overwhelming NIGERIAN SPAM he disappeared at once!
DO NOT trust these bad guys!!!
