I am writing to introduce myself, and to tell you about an interesting new cultural project that I think you might be interested in learning about. I am a real estate developer who is putting together a very special retail project in Indianapolis, Indiana USA focusing on international arts, and crafts.

I am presently developing approximately 200,000 square feet of retail space near downtown Indianapolis. The project will allow artists, artisans, and craftspeople to produce, display, and sell their various works of art within the unique setting of an open air, 140 year old factory building.

My goal is to provide a multi-cultural atmosphere, and facility that will encourage the creation of many small businesses that will create myriad different types, and styles of arts, and crafts from many different ethnic backgrounds from all over the world.

This is nothing but a scam..I frequently get e-mails from different addresses with exactly the same proposal..
