An Irish millionaire investor (who was probably tax evading) invested in a Kiev shopping mall using his children's names as the investors. The Irish man is now bankrupt and an Irish bank is now trying to recover funds from Ukraine. What do you think will be their chances of ever recovering a penny from Ukraine?
