Ukrtelecom sold to Austria's EPIC

Ukrtelecom, Ukraine's fixed line telephone company are in the doldrums. As with other fixed telephone line operators, the increasing use of mobile phones forces their revenue into gradual decline.
It is perhaps surprising then that an Austrian country has bought Ukraine's fixed line operator.
