Hello i'm living in sweden and thinking of buy car in ukraine since it's cheaper. i've seen that ukraine have swedbank swedbank is made in sweden so wonder if i need like all money whit me or can i pay every month from sweden to ukraine? and do ukraine need ukrainian driver license like in russia??
