there are loads of rippers out there...but never forget the copyright laws some have CSS, RC, RCE, Macrovision, UOPs and Sony ARccOS decryption on so you would need a good anyDVD program to make or veiw your DVD on a PC.
oh and its great to back your expensive DVD's up just in case the kids scratch the original
