Spicy Ukrainian Food?
As far as I know, my heritage is 100% Ukrainian. However, I have one quirk: In my spare time, I keep trying to light my stomach on fire from the inside. This seems at odds with what I perceive to be a "kinder gentler cuisine."
Are there very spicy Ukrainian dishes, or is this my body's way of rebelling against not being on home soil?
And now that I think of it: What's the deal with peppered vodka? Is that Ukrainian or za kordonnii?
