I think that there should be only Ukrainian schools with one Russian language subject. Those Ukrainians that do not know how to speak Ukrainian, should learn and speak it. As far as I know, in Lviv everybody speak Ukrainian, and everywhere in Western Ukraine. Central Ukraine is a little behind, and Eastern is far behind. But i'm sure there will be time when all Ukrainians will speak Ukrainian, and Russian language will be a second language(Although I prefer French as second language
