There is a book "Culture Shock Ukraine" wirrten by Meredith Dalton, its about 500 pages long but it wrriten by an american so you should be able to understand it!
Ukraines biggest asset is it people, if you dont even know the basic things about the police, you should **** OFF AWAY FROM UKRAINE!
