First source must be a Ukrainian embassy in your country, Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affair or State Border Service. Every has useful information on its website, though after getting it better check it on forums as the info may be out of date.
Also check websites of Ukrainian offices of BIG 4 (Delloite, Ernst&Yang, KPMG, PWC), they have surveys on visas, registration of foreigners in Ukraine, taxes etc. Also with the same aim check websites of local and international law firms: Asters, Magisters, Vasyl Kisil, Salans, Baker&McKenzy etc.
Do not rely much on info from unknown resources as it may old or completely wrong.
