What is so terrible about that?? every Ukrainian speaks and understands Russian fluently whereas not all do the same with Ukrainian especially those from the Donetsk region, so surely it is only fair(and also saves on the cost of translators) that when in court a language is spoken that is guaranteed to be understood by all???...
