I have come across Dravtsi (העבקד¶) before. Today it is a micro-district (suburb) of Uzhorod, the capital of Zakarpatska oblast/region, and tough to find on a map. It was formerly called Darocz. Apparently it was founded in the 13th century and played a very important role for royal hunting. This was the place where the king's falconeers (falcon trainers) lived. I know I have more info someplace. I will look for it. Meanwhile SI will take a look at your document, which I suspect is written in Old Church Slovanic.
